Malzemeler: 40 g kuskus,1 bardak su, 200 g brokoli (sapından ayırıp ince ince doğrayın.), 2 çay kaşığı zeytinyağı, 60 g ince ince doğranan yeşil soğan, 60 g ince ince doğranan kırmızı soğan, 2 çay kaşığı öğütülmüş kimyon, 400 g suyu süzülmüş nohut, 1 yemek kaşığı tahin, 60 g galeta unu veya ekmek kırıntısı.
Yapılışı: Önceden fırını 200 dereceye ayarlayın. Ufak bir tencere içerisinde nohutları suyla kaynatın. Kaynadıktan sonra 10 dakika boyunca dinlenmeye bırakın. Nohutu bekletirken brokoliyi buharda pişirin. 5 dakika boyunca brokoliyi pişirip iyice yumuşatın. Başka bir tencerede kırmızı ve yeşil soğanı zeytinyağında 5 dakika kadar pişirin. Ocaktan alıp üzerine kimyon ekleyerek güzelce karıştırın. Brokoli, nohut, kuskus ve soğan karışımına tahin de ekleyip robot vasıtasıyla öğütün. Karışımı galeta unu ya da ekmek kırıntıları ile beraber karıştırın. Karışımı köfte haline getirin. Önceden 200 dereceye ayarladığınız fırında 25 dakika boyunca pişirin. Ardından diğer tarafını çevirip 25 dakika daha pişirin. Üst kısımları kahverengi renk alıncaya dek pişirin.
Tahinli Sos Hazırlanışı: Brokolili vegan burger tarifinizde köfteye en güzel eşlik edecek materyallerden biri tahinli sostur. Tahinli sosu hazırlamak için 40 gram tahin, yarım bardak su, çeyrek bardak limon suyu, iki diş sarımsak ve 1 çay kaşığı tuzu robot içerisinde 30 saniye kadar karıştırın. Brokolili vegan burgerinize renk katacak tahinli sos hazır afiyet olsun
