Sos malzemesi;

Yarım çay bardağı sıvı yağ
2 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
1 tatlı kaşığı domates salçası
1 çay kaşığı biber salçası
3-4 diş (iri) rende sarımsak
Yarım limon (sıkılacak)
2-3 tane defne yaprağı
1 tutam kekik
1 tutam biberiye
1 çay kaşığı kimyon
1 çay kaşığı karabiber
İstediğiniz ölçüde tuz
Yapılışı
Tavuk kanatlarınızı güzelce yıkayın süzün.
Tüm sos malzemelerini derin bir kapta yada derin bir tencere de karıştırın.
Yıkanan tavuklarınızı bu sosa ekleyip birbirlerine iyice karışmalarını sağlayın.
En az 3-4 saat ağzını kapatıp buzdolabında bekletin. (Bu birliktelikleri ne kadar uzun olursa pişince de o kadar lezzetli olurlar Hatta bir öneri sabah hazırlayın buzdolabına kaldırın ve akşam eve gelince tavaya koyun pişirin.
